Frequently Asked Questions

Thanks for shopping at Linden Ceramics. Here are a few things you might want to know about purchasing, shipping and care of my handmade pottery.

Visa, MasterCard, and Dwolla are all welcome here.

Shipping is free anywhere in the continental US. For international shipping contact me and I will get you a shipping quote.

You can usually expect your order to ship in one to three business days via USPS Priority Mail, but if you need it sooner let me know and I will do my best. There are a couple of times a year that I do take a vacation from making pots, so at those times your order might take a few more days.

Your order will come to you really well packed. I ship my work in bubble wrap so your pottery arrives safely.

I hope you will be completely pleased with the care that is put into each piece of pottery that I create. Sometimes though it might not be what you expected. Each piece is created by hand and glazing and building can change from one to the other. I do want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of my pottery none the less.

You may return your purchase within five days within receiving your order (sorry, but you will need to pay for shipping back to me). Please use the original packaging, and securely re-tape the pottery in the bubble wrap just as it was received. Your full refund will be credited to your credit card once the package has been returned safely to my hands.

Conditions of Use

When you purchase anything from Linden Ceramics you agree to hold Lindsey Harrison harmless from any loss, damage or injury due to any products purchased from us. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the item(s) purchased.

Special orders

If you came here hoping to see something, and don't see it, please ask. There are some older pieces available for purchase, but I might not be able to create an exact replica because I don't have access to that glaze or type of firing anymore. If you see something in my shop that is sold out we'll see if I can work something out. It can take up to 4+ months for custom work.

Note: I reserve the right to update these policies at any time.
